Core · The logbook

Every jump. Kept for good.

The heart of SkyLog — a complete, structured record of every skydive you've ever made. Exit altitude, freefall time, canopy, gear, weather, the people you jumped with. One logbook that follows you to every dropzone, on every device.

What it does

Logging a jump takes under a minute. Your home dropzone, your gear loadout and the next jump number are already filled in from your last session — you confirm the altitude and the freefall time, add a note if you want, and you're done. Log it on your phone in the packing area, on your watch on the ride to altitude, or on the web at home — it's the same logbook everywhere, and every device sees the jump the moment it syncs.

Each entry holds far more than a number. Discipline, aircraft, landing area, exit and deployment altitude, winds, a title and notes, the buddies on the load, and any coach sign-off. Jumps you'd kept on paper or in another app come in through import and sit alongside the rest. Nothing is locked away — your whole history exports to CSV, FIT or a full archive whenever you ask.

Capabilities

What you can do with it.

01

One jump, in under a minute

Home DZ, gear and the next jump number pre-fill from your last session. Confirm a couple of figures and the jump is logged.

02

Phone, watch and web

The same logbook runs natively on iOS, Android, your smartwatch and the web. Log on any of them and it's instantly on the rest.

03

Works with no signal

Dropzones aren't known for connectivity. Log jumps, add notes and attach media fully offline — it syncs the next time you have a connection.

04

A lifetime count that's always right

Jumps from before SkyLog are counted in. Your lifetime total is computed live from your real entries — never a stale number that drifts.

05

Visibility you control

Every jump is private by default. Open it to your buddies, your wider circle, or make it public — your call, made per jump.

06

Yours to keep, yours to leave

Export the whole logbook to CSV, FIT or a full archive any time. Close your account and it's deleted — we never sell jump data.

Questions

Jump Logbook, answered.

01Is SkyLog really free for the first 50 jumps?

Yes. No trial, no credit card, no gotchas. The first 50 jumps in your SkyLog logbook are free forever — signatures, gear, exports, the lot. After that, a small monthly fee keeps it unlimited.

02What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it. One click, three formats — CSV, FIT, or a full archive including every signature and media file. Then you close your account and we delete it. Your jumps are yours.

03Do you sell my jump data to anyone?

No. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't aggregate your jumps for a ‘research partner.’ SkyLog is paid for by skydivers paying for SkyLog — that's the whole model.

04What about offline? I jump where there's no signal.

SkyLog works offline by default. Log jumps, invite buddies, attach media — all of it works on the ground with no connection. When you next have signal, it syncs in the background.

05Do you have an Android, iOS, Wear and web app?

Yes to all four. The same logbook runs natively on iOS, Android, your smartwatch (as a wrist altimeter) and the web — log a jump on any of them and it's instantly on the rest.
